The beaches of Lindbergh-Plage, offer beautiful, fine, sandy beaches and clear blue sea, and dunes, which are splendid for relaxation or walking with your dogs.
La Hutellerie : La Hutellerie is an impressive country house situated in the village of St Patrice midway between Langeais and Bourgeuil only a mile north of the river Loire.

The cottages are in the grounds of an elegant manor house, on the outskirts of a small village surrounded by vineyards and sunflowers; and were awarded 4 Stars by the French Tourist Board in 2008.

Domaine de la Garenne This recently completed conversion of pretty stone buildings bordering the courtyard of a 167 year old Charentaise farmhouse comprises three generously proportioned gites and swimming pool set within a three acre parkland setting. The sympathetic conversion has ensured the retention of much character, charm and original features in the creation of three spacious, comfortable gites. Surrounded by fields of sunflowers and wheat, interspersed with woodland. The area is ideal for classic car enthusiasts, being only 20 miles from the Circuit de Remparts (Angouleme) and the Circuit du Val du Vienne. We are only 1 1/2 miles from the village of Sauze Vaussais which offers a wide range of facilities. La Chouette is a four bedroomed gite. L'Hirondelle may be let as either a 4 or 3 bedroomed gite. Le Roitelet can be let as either a 3 or 2 bedroomed gite. Secure parking is either within the gated courtyard or within a barn if required.
La ferme de l'église La Ferme de l'Église is a stunning 16th century Charantaise farmhouse nestled within the heart of the village of Vanzay, in beautiful countryside about 35 minutes to the south of Poitiers and just over an hour to the east of La Rochelle.
We have two gîtes available: the single storey La Grange, with it's modern atmosphere; and the more traditional, two storey La Petite Maison. Both gîtes are available for rental all year round. Each gîte has its own private garden, and is fully equipped and furnished.
Driving tours are available; hire of a classic Citroën DS by arrangement. It is a traditional farm house with the date 1763 over the door way but is possibly older. The old oak doors are still present, with the kitchen brought up to date with its fittings and the old beams still on view
